Summary:

We are looking for someone who has your experience and knowledge of the day to day challenges that Social Workers face to join the FieldWorker.ai team as a Project Implementation Specialist. You will be a key player in the successful onboarding of our clients, you will be directly impacting the life of agencies, employees and their clients working in Social Work. Someone who understands the day to day problems that social workers face, you understand the language of social work, care providers, and care coordination. This position has direct responsibility for managing client implementation, raising issues as required for resolution or escalation, enhance documentation, provide support, and own the overall process. This role is a strong communication bridge between the client and all departments. Location:
Though this role is currently remote, we prefer candidates who are in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be required to attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills on the FieldWorker.ai product from a user perspective
- Onboard clients, manage the onboarding end to end, coordinate with product team and provide support during setup and implementation. Act as the first point of contact for any issues during & after the implementation to ensure business continuity
- Be the subject matter expert on product features and functions for the client.
- Coordinate with product manager, development marketing & sales team to feed back any client requirements
- Provide effective escalation and resolution of issues and problems both internally and directly to clients
- Contribute to the documentation of the product by the creation of new documents and updating existing ones
- Manage the setting up trials of software for clients.
- Help demonstrate features and functions of the product to the clients as needed.
- Oversee configuration, setup, including imports, templates and more.
- Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout project work
- Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline.
- Promptly assist with any customer support requests.
- Set and manage client expectations within the agreed contractual agreements.

- You have some technical background to be able to help configure/help setup client environment & troubleshoot initial issues.

Required:
- A bachelors degree
- Social Work Experience, and a deep interest in taking your knowledge and experience in Social Work and helping other Social Workers to automate the day to day tasks with our app.
- The desire to and a positive & pro-active attitude towards learning new skills
Desired:
- You have experience and interest in Social, Human services work
- You are computer literate and can communicate through emails, set up zoom calls, etc..
- Familiarity with cloud applications and software implementation a plus but not necessary
