William England is the founder and CEO of Disability Services & Advocacy LLC one of the largest & most recognized SC agency in NJ with a focus on providing person centered Support Coordination and Future Care Planning for people with disabilities and their families. Bill is the Co-Chair of the Support Coordination Alliance to provide a voice on policy decisions made by DDD and other state agencies affecting people with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
