The Project Quality specialist at FieldWorker.ai, will be a key player in the successful delivery of our product to our clients. This position has direct responsibility for ensuring the quality of product development, help resolve client issue, raising issues as required for escalation, enhance documentation, provide initial tech support, and own the overall process. This role is a strong communication bridge between the developers and all departments. Location:

Though this role is currently remote, we prefer candidates who are in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong overall quality control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance, and customer expectation.
  • Inspection of product functionality with the obligation to report and document findings.
  • Coordinate with product manager, engineers and management to write tests to ensure meeting all client requirements
  • Provide effective escalation and resolution of issues and problems both internally and directly to clients
  • Contribute to the technical documentation of the product by the creation of new documents and updating existing ones
  • Manage the setting up trials (User acceptance testing) of software for clients.
  • Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout project work
  • Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline.
  • Partnering with the Development Manager as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.
  • Promptly assist with any customer reported bugs to reproducing it and working with dev teams as needed.

  • You understand the importance of a thorough knowledge of the implementation process and thinking ahead before each required step
  • You will need to Develop/enhance Client facing Documentation as needed.
  • You have EXCELLENT Communication skills.

Required:

  • A bachelors degree
  • A minimum 1+ year of experience in a client facing project management or implementation role.
  • Client Success, Client Experience , Onboarding skills in a Sofware deployment environment
  • Experience in coordination, management of Software Product deployment, Project Management, Client Coordination of Software or Projects
  • Some programming experience, preferably with JavaScript.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with cloud applications and implementation
  • Familiarity with JavaScript & Microsoft Azure

Immediate KPIs:

  • Client Interaction
  • Responsibility for gaining client sign off on relevant work
  • Administrative
  • CRM data management, including updating of project milestones, information entry, data cleanliness
  • Correct use of all Time Sheet reporting, including logging against relevant milestones/tasks and usage of ‘activity classes’
