The database developer at FieldWorker.ai, will be a key player in the successful delivery of our product to our clients. This position has direct responsibility for ensuring the quality, and security of product related data, help investigate and resolve performance issue, raising issues as required for escalation, enhance documentation, provide initial data related support, and own the overall data related processes. This role is a strong data-oriented bridge between the developers and users. Location:

Though this role is currently remote, we prefer candidates who are in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong overall control of product data adhering to security, performance, and customer expectation.
• Inspection of product operations with the obligation to report and document findings and issues around security and performance.
• Coordinate with product manager, engineers and management to design database schemas, write queries to ensure meeting all client requirements
• Provide effective escalation and resolution of issues and problems both internally and directly to clients
• Contribute to the technical documentation of the product by the creation of new documents and updating existing ones
• Manage the space requirements of various tables and databases
• Responsibility for gaining relevant client sign off on information throughout project work
• Maintain levels of communication internally to create high levels of project transparency over the whole project timeline.
• Partnering with the Development Manager as required in order to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions.
• Promptly assist with any customer reported bugs to reproducing it and working with dev teams as needed.

Required:

• A bachelor’s degree
• A minimum 1+ year of experience in a writing queries, data engineering or DBA role.
• Create quality measurements to track improvement in databases
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Some programming experience, or familiarity with Node JS, React etc.

Desired:

• Familiarity with cloud applications and implementation
• Familiarity with SQL Server & Microsoft Azure
