New AI-powered capabilities and redesigned workflows help human service teams spend less time navigating administrative work and more time acting on the information that matters.
Princeton, NJ, September 2026 – FieldWorker announced its latest platform release, bringing AI-powered assistance, faster information access, streamlined workflows, and deeper care coordination to organizations providing human services, disability services, and community care.
With case managers and care teams’ everyday moments into sharper focus, information is easier to reach, routine work is clearly directed, and AI agents are deployed to assist where it can add value all while keeping people responsible for reviewing and making decisions.
The release introduces FieldWorker’s new AI agents across some of the most time-intensive parts of daily operations.
Together, these capabilities bring AI assistance directly into the case management work teams already do from review to handover.
Global Search allows users to search across clients, contacts, and projects, while redesigned Customer, Contact, and Project workspaces bring activities, tasks, documents, interactions, and service information into clearer views. The result is a better user experience, a more direct path from a question to the information needed to act. The everyday experience of finding information has also been redesigned.
The release also addresses the smaller moments that add up across a working day. Creating a client, contact, project, task, note, or referral now involves cleaner navigation designed to reduce unnecessary steps and keystrokes.
For agencies coordinating services across programs, locations, households, and group homes, FieldWorker now provides greater structure for organizing people, services, staffing, and information. Expanded referral management gives teams a central view of incoming and outgoing referrals, helping them see where referrals stand and where attention may be needed.
AbilityHUB further extends this connected experience beyond the agency.
Individuals, families, caregivers, and authorized members of the circle of care can access important information, communicate through secure video calls, and coordinate aspects of care through permission-based access.
“This release is about making the platform work more naturally around the way care teams actually work,” said Prabhat Vaish, Co-Founder of FieldWorker. “AI can help with the work, information can be easier to find, and teams can stay connected while also having the human-side of care management in the loop.”
As care teams take on increasingly varied responsibilities across people, programs, services, and locations, the technology supporting them needs to keep pace without getting in the way. With this release, FieldWorker continues to shape its case management platform around that reality of social work. By bringing information, assistance, and coordination closer to the work itself, teams can move through their day with greater clarity and stay focused on the individuals and families they support.
