During this period, some visitors to the public website may have seen an unauthorized CAPTCHA-style verification prompt instructing them to take certain actions on their computer.
The prompt was removed, and the public website has been restored to normal operation. The incident involved the public FieldWorker website.
Who may have encountered the prompt?
A visitor to the fieldworker website during the incident period may have seen the prompt.
Simply seeing the prompt does not mean that your computer was affected. Only the public website visitors who followed the instructions displayed by the prompt need to take further action.
What should I do?
Please contact your organization’s IT team and FieldWorker at support@fieldworker.ai immediately if you saw the prompt and did any of the following:
Your organization’s IT team should evaluate the affected computer and determine whether additional steps, such as scanning the device or resetting passwords from a known-safe device, are necessary.
If you saw the prompt but closed it without following its instructions, no action is currently required. If you did not visit the public FieldWorker website during this period, you would not have encountered the prompt.

FieldWorker has removed the unauthorized prompt, reviewed the public website, and implemented additional security and monitoring measures. We are continuing to investigate the incident and will provide further information if our findings indicate that any additional action is required.
