Bill England is the founder and CEO of Disability Services & Advocacy LLC (DS&A) in NJ with a focus on providing person centered Support Coordination and Future Care Planning for people with disabilities and their families. Disability Services and advocacy provides support coordination services to clients across the state. Bill was the Co-Chair of the Support Coordination Alliance providing a voice on policy decisions made by DDD and other state agencies affecting people with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. DS&A is also a Support broker to assist families & their member with developmental disabilities in creating future care plans, budgets, and implementing under D.D.D.’ s Self-Determination Program.

Rohit Mathur

Rohit Mathur is a co-founder of FieldWorker based in Princeton, NJ with a mission to empower care coordinators & care providers to deliver the highest quality of service to their IDD clients. Rohit has a close family member with IDD and is personally familiar with the challenges we face daily. He is an entrepreneur having founded and built several companies over the years. Prior, he has been a Director at Merrill Lynch and worked at IBM and Citibank with a deep understanding of Technology and how it impacts people.

Prabhat Vaish

Prabhat Vaish is a co-founder of FieldWorker and a Professor of Computer Science at New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prabhat has visualized FieldWorker to be the platform which will help Social Care agencies grow & elevate the quality of services delivered by Care coordinators and providers working with IDD individuals. Prabhat is an innovator with a wide strategic perspective and deep business understanding across Healthcare, Finance and Governance. In the past he has served as Global Head of technology at Mizuho Capital Markets and been a Director at Bank of America.
