New at FieldWorker – New for 2022

Our tech team has been hard at work building new features and improving the FieldWorker platform to make it even easier for you to manage your cases. Let’s take a look at what these changes will mean for you and your team.

All your client details in one place

Your clients are at the heart of the work you do. That’s why now, you and your team have access to your very own client control center! We’ve built a new section within our platform to show you all your clients’ details in one place – including contact and ISP details in addition to related tasks and visits.

That means you’ll all know exactly where you can find any details related to any client at any time – saving you time and frustration when it comes to tracking down the details. Plus, this makes it even simpler for your team to update details when they change, giving you confidence that your client records are always up to date.

See all tasks for each individual client, including past completed tasks, giving you the complete overview.

Know who’s working with each client with details on who from your team is part of their support team.

View all related documents including completed forms, case notes and any other materials related to each client.

See your team’s internal notes and updates for each individual to make it transparent within your team how they’re progressing, what they need and what has been going on.

View all related contacts for individuals within your clients’ broader support networks, including their relationship to your client and when you last contacted them.

Time management revamped

Time management isn’t as simple as just tracking time. That’s why we’ve introduced more options and flexibility when it comes to integrating your timesheet entries with your payroll and managing your team’s time expenditure.

Set your pay cycles and generate payroll reports with our expansion of the timesheets section to allow for payroll integration. That means it’s simple to go from time reports to billing, saving you time and effort.

Manage your team’s timesheet entries with an intuitive interface to allow you to approve and edit timesheet entries from across your team and select which should be included in payroll – all within a few clicks.

Capture details needed for EVV for pre-defined tasks, to ensure you’re compliant if you need to be and for all info to be sent automatically to your state’s aggregator.

Adapt FieldWorker to suit your own team’s rhythms

Every agency has their own tried-and-tested way of running things. That’s why it’s important that FieldWorker isn’t a one-size-fits-all kind of platform. That’s why we’ve introduced greater flexibility than ever before to configure FieldWorker to suit the way your agency works.

That means your team won’t have to adapt existing workflows or even learn new “FieldWorker-specific” terminology, as the platform suits them already. Save time and get your agency set up faster than before.

Payroll settings to adapt the platform to your payment cycles and payroll system.

Operational settings covering a range of information including the kinds of clients and staff your agency works with, your company-specific operational information and more.

Billing and EVV to adapt FieldWorker to suit your billing cycles and automatically capture the information needed to be EVV-compliant if required by your state.

Subscription settings to make it simple to manage your subscription to FieldWorker, and keep track of payments and invoices.

Give your team less to think about…

We’ve had requests for the ability to add recurring tasks, making it simple to add a task once to be done regularly and avoid missing out on essential work. So, we’re pleased to announce that you’ll now have the option to set any task as recurring!

Plus, to make sure your team knows when deadlines are approaching and when they’ve been added to projects, we’ve added notifications to alert them directly to anything that needs their attention, helping them keep on top of their workload without having to try and remember it all.

Check out our video tutorial for creating recurring tasks here and our notifications tutorial here.

The new EVV module available on request

We know how tricky the EVV process can be. That’s why we’ve been finding ways to simplify the process from our side.

Now, agencies in New Jersey can define which tasks need to be submitted to aggregators for EVV, for the required information will automatically be captured for these tasks.

FieldWorker then sends this information to the aggregator HHA Exchange. And to ensure you have transparency over the process, you’ll be able to see any tasks which are rejected by the aggregator in addition to information about why. This allows you to quickly take action to resolve issues and resubmit these tasks, saving you time and frustration.

Finally, FieldWorker will additionally generate EVV invoices for any payments submitted to Medicaid via the EVV system, ensuring your records are complete and up- to-date.
